What we keep
One form on this site collects anything: the one that asks us to print your league. This page is the whole of it. There is no tracker on these pages, no advertising network, no analytics profile, and nothing is sold or passed to anyone.
What the form stores
| field | what it is | why |
|---|---|---|
| league name | what you typed | to know who is asking |
| your email | what you typed | the only way we can answer |
| host | Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN or a spreadsheet | whether we can read your history |
| managers | the number you picked | the price of your season |
| seasons | the number you picked | how much history there is to import |
| total | managers × $12 | so the number you saw is the number we see |
| referrer | the page you came from | to know which page is doing the work |
| country | two letters, from Cloudflare | to know where to print |
| the time | when you sent it | to answer in order |
That is the complete list. No IP address is stored, no cookie is set by these pages, and nothing about your league is read until you ask us to read it.
Where it lives, and for how long
In one Cloudflare D1 database, in a table nothing else touches, read by one key-protected page that only the founder has. We keep a row until your league says yes or no, and for at most a year after that.
Having it deleted
Mail hello@shortprint.cards from the address you used and the row goes, same day. You do not have to give a reason, and you are not asked anything on the way out.
The league app
A league that signs up is a different thing to this form, and it will have its own terms before anybody is charged. What is true today: managers sign in from a link their commissioner sends, not with a password; a league's cards are visible only inside that league; and the demo league on this site has had its managers' names changed.
Ask us anything: hello@shortprint.cards.
