print my league
Tell us the league, the host and roughly how many managers, and we will tell you what its set would look like and what the season would cost. The five-field form does the same thing faster.
a question the site does not answer
Ask it plainly. If it is a good question it usually ends up on the questions page, which is how most of the answers there got written.
take me off a card
Say which league and which name. That manager comes off the set. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
delete what you have on me
Mail from the address you used on the form and the row is deleted the same day. Everything the form stores is listed on what we keep.
something is broken, or something is wrong
Including a security problem, a card that says something it should not, or a number on this site that does not add up. Send it here; it goes to the person who can fix it rather than to a triage form.
press, or you run something adjacent
Same address. Say what you need and we will get it to you.
Who answers
Alex, the founder, and for now the whole of Shortprint. Not a shared inbox, not an assistant, and not an autoresponder. More on who prints this.
Mail is answered in the order it arrives. We have not put a response time on this page because we are not going to publish one we cannot keep — if something is urgent for your draft, say so in the subject line and it moves up.
Shortprint does not have social accounts yet, so nobody messaging you from one is us.
Or just show us the league
Five fields, no payment and no account. It lands on our desk, not in a form service.
